My name is Captain Ed Scola. I have over 30 years of fishing experience. Originally from New Jersey, I spent most of my younger days fishing on the Hudson River, in Barnegat Bay and well offshore. I moved to South Carolina in 2011 and began fishing here. I am a former law enforcement officer, firefighter, and am still currently a paramedic. I want to take my passion for fishing and help others enjoy it also.

Roger and Amy have been small business owners for over six years — just not in the lifestyle industry. After years of navigating a highly regulated field and fighting a tough battle in 2025, they knew it was time for something different. They found peace in slow days, salty air, and that calm feeling you get when life drifts just right. So, they decided to chase that feeling — to build something simple, laid-back, and meaningful. Something that reminds you to slow down, breathe deep, and drift easy. And just like that... Driftin’ Turtle Co. was born.
